CONSULTATION DETAILS
Our Manuscript Evaluation and Publication Relationships begin with an initial review of the client’s manuscript and/or book idea. We will also review any side issues and/or materials related to meeting the client’s stated book publication and sales objectives.

This process will begin with a written Statement of Objectives from the client, followed by an in-depth Client Questions Memo from our team, which the client will answer. The initial deliverable will be a detailed Action Steps Memo (a plan)… divided into two or three phases of specific actions… related specifically to meeting the client’s stated book publication and sales objectives in what we will consider to be the best and most cost-effective way possible.

TERMS- The retainer for this manuscript evaluation, consultation and sales plan development relationship is $3,750… payable via our invoice to confirm the relationship, review the Client's Statement of Objectives, evaluate the materials, and begin development of the Client Questions Memo, which, in general, will be delivered to the client within 3 - 5 business days after confirmation.
The client will then answer... in writing... the questions asked in the Client Questions Memo, which the client and our team will discuss via extensive phone and/or Zoom conversations for additions, deletions, and/or clarifications. This will be followed within 7 - 10 business days by a detailed Action Steps Memo (the plan) to meet the client's stated objectives in the best and most cost-effective manner possible.
The term of this relationship will be 30 calendar days beginning on the date we send the Client Questions Memo to the client. This will include our team's advice and guidance to implement the recommendations made within the plan. This plan can be adjusted at any point based on discussions with the client over the term of the relationship.
